Reservations Required, Advance Deposits

All deposits must be received within 10 DAYS after the reservation is made. If your deposit is not received within 10 days, your reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: A deposit refund will be made minus a $25 service charge if cancellation is received at least 15 days (30 days for Christmas Prelude), prior to your reservation date. Should a last minute cancellation become necessary and we can re-rent the room to another guest over the entire reservation period, the same refund policy applies. (Sorry, no refunds for room not re-rented.)
